WHAT WE DO
Our programs
NClude runs five programs.
PROGRAM 01
Access 4 All

Document conversion
We convert PDFs, scanned pages, images, audio, and video into formats that work with screen readers and other assistive technology. AI does the first pass and trained human reviewers check the output. We have converted more than 2.3 million pages.

Task automation
96 percent of websites fail basic accessibility standards. Our AI agent completes tasks on those websites for the user: filling forms, finding information, submitting applications. Users describe the task by chat or voice. The agent completes 90 percent of tasks in supported areas, and a trained human takes over when it cannot.

Career discovery
Personalized career guidance grounded in the lived experiences of people with disabilities, combined with current job market data.

PROGRAM 03
Earning 4 All

Paid accessibility work
We hire and train local women, many with disabilities or caregiving responsibilities, to review AI-converted documents. The work is flexible and paid. Community members have earned more than $100,000.

PROGRAM 04
Benefits 4 All
New
Finding the benefits you qualify for usually means navigating a dozen agencies and forms on your own. Benefits 4 All does that work with you. Tell us about your situation and we give you personalized guidance: the federal, state, and local programs you may qualify for, what each one provides, and the steps to apply. It works like having a benefits counselor available whenever you need one, on the web, by text, or by phone.
Federal programs we cover include SSI, SSDI, Medicare, Medicaid, ABLE accounts, SNAP, and housing assistance. State programs include vocational rehabilitation and Medicaid waivers. We also cover community support such as scholarships and assistive technology funds.
Working while receiving benefits
Many people avoid work because they fear losing benefits. We walk you through the rules that protect you, including the Trial Work Period, Ticket to Work, ABLE accounts, and Medicaid buy-in options, based on your situation, and connect you with a certified benefits counselor when you need formal advice.
For counselors, educators, and case managers
If you are a VR counselor, benefits counselor, educator, or case manager, your clients can use NClude between sessions to get oriented on their options and applications.
NClude provides general information to help you understand your options. It is not legal, financial, or benefits advice, and it is not a decision from any agency. Rules change and differ by state. Confirm details with the Social Security Administration, your state agency, or a certified benefits counselor before making decisions.
PROGRAM 05
Resilience 4 All
Emerging
Resilience 4 All is our flagship climate resilience program, built with and for people with disabilities. People with disabilities are up to four times more likely to be injured or die in a disaster, and emergency information is rarely available in accessible formats. The program takes a comprehensive, participatory approach across the connected focus areas below.
Policy and advocacy
Working with people with disabilities to shape climate policies and governance through inclusive, participatory processes.
Technology
Using accessible digital tools to help people with disabilities prepare for and adapt to climate risks.
Green skills
Helping people with disabilities build the skills a climate-resilient economy needs.
Emergency communication
Making warnings and public information accessible before, during, and after emergencies.
Education and training
Sharing practical resilience knowledge and skills with communities and organizations.
Disaster preparedness
Strengthening readiness, planning, and community capacity for climate-related risks and disasters.
This work is powered by our Global Network, whose members live in many of the world’s most climate-exposed regions.
